Severance TTRPG

in january and february of 2026, i ran a series of 3-shot interrelated campaigns set in the world of the television show severance. these tables had no direct communication with one another, but they were playing shared groups of characters on opposing sides of the severance split; e.g. table 1 played outies A, B, and C, and table 2 played innies A, B, and C. they were sometimes able to pass messages to each other and affect each other’s games in big and small ways, and they shared some character sheet information with their counterpart.

this game was run as a bespoke experience and to simply see the documents i used would not allow someone to run it themselves unmodified; any attempt to use these rules at your table(s) will require a nontrivial amount of effort from you, the facilitator, to adapt them for your specific group(s). that said, i am making the files that i used available so that you can see what i used to run the game, and i've included an explainer to help you understand how it works. it would require quite a lot of effort to run this and i do not recommend that you try, but it's available to you in case, for example, you have the same thing wrong with you as i do.
